Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We assure that each sample is authentically decanted from the original fragrance bottle. However, we cannot guarantee your personal satisfaction with the fragrance itself.

To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure authenticity, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Vials, Sprays, or other decanted items. Please choose carefully, as all sales for these items are final.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a replacement by notifying us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us to report the issue and provide written confirmation of the damage. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.

You may return any unopened full-size retail bottles in their original condition, including all original packaging and the packing slip, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs and any gift wrapping charges.

To return merchandise, you must first obtain an RMA number from our customer service. Contact us to request an RMA number, which can only be issued by our billing department. A response will be provided within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and evaluate your returned item, we’ll inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company might need additional time to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please reach out to us at info@twistandmist.com

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a straightforward return policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. For used fragrances, we provide a prepaid return label and charge a restocking fee of 15% to 30%, depending on usage. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that we have a strict no-return policy for our travel sprays due to hygiene reasons and the potential for contamination. We advise customers to be sure of their purchase before opening the product.
